Our group is a social lot and take any opportunity to meet up for Capoeira or to just socialise.

In summer we regularly gather at Oriental Parade beach in the weekend to display and enhance our Capoeira skills…. on soft sand!

There is no better way to train for Capoeira than at the beach on a sunny Saturday afternoon in the sun,sand and surf … without bruises!!!

You will often find us during lunch times performing Capoeira on Lambton Quay or Cuba mall so keep an eye out for us.

We also take part in demonstrations around Wellington city ,at community festivals and shows.
